Shipping Policy

We ship our gifts within 1-2 working days after the order has been confirmed by email.

• Due to covid 19 restrictions, there may be minimum delays in shipping which are beyond our control.

• Best of Ireland Gifts uses the following shipping companies TNT, UPS and standard shipping.

• The customer will receive a tracking number by email and he/she can follow the progress of their delivery.

• Our customer service personnel are delighted to answer any queries you may have.

• UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or any 3rd party address, the delivery will be to the address of the customer.

• Shipping service is available Monday- Friday, no shipping on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

• Best of Ireland Gifts is not liable for any import duties or taxes that you may be charged on gifts purchased.

• The team at Best of Ireland Gifts will notify the customer immediately in relation to any delay.
